According to the notification of the Senate Department for Education and Science dated December 18th, 1998 and the confirmations dated November 8th, 2001, August 8th, 2002, November 11th, 2004, July 9th, 2008 and April 9th, 2013, the berliner schule für schauspiel is a recognized supplementary school within the meaning of Section 9a of the Private Schools Act and according to the notification of the Senate Department for Science, Research and Culture of September 18, 1996 and the confirmations of August 16, 2002 and November 11, 2004 according to § 2 Para.

 

The goals and purposes of the association are recognized as non-profit by the tax office for corporations I Berlin.
